State Bank of India will soon release the SBI SO notification 2019 for the post of Specialist Cadre Officer MMGS – II. The online application for the SO in Middle management grade scale – II will activate on the same day. SBI SO 2019 exam dates will be also be released along with official notification of SBI SO.
- SBI usually releases 4 different posts under the Specialist Cadre officer vacancy.
- A candidate can apply only for one post.
- Selection of the candidates will be based on the performance in written test & in the interview session.

State Bank of India have invited online applications from citizens of India for appointment to the following Specialist Cadre Officers posts. The posts offered through SBI SO Exam are that of a Chief Manager, Digital System Architect, Analyst, UI/UX Designer, Deputy Manager.
SBI released SBI SO 2019 Notification on 20th March 2019 to select eligible candidates to the post of Specialist Officer in various branches of SBI all over the country. The Online Application process started from 20th March 2019 and will end on 7th April 2018.

The eligibility criteria vary for different positions that are filled through SBI SO 2019 exam. A candidate must fulfill the eligibility criteria for different positions for which they will apply in order to qualify for further process. For Special Management Executive
Educational Qualification: CA/ ICWA/ ACS/ MBA in Finance or 2 years PG Diploma in Finance (The course should be of 2 years full time duration. Course completed through correspondence/ part-time are not eligible. The institute should be recognized/ approved by Government bodies/ AICTE)
Age Limit: Min 30 years & Max 40 years
Experience: Minimum 5 years post qualification experience (as on 31.12.2017) as an Executive in Supervisory/ Management role: In a Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Associate or Subsidiary of a Scheduled Commercial Bank OR In a Public Sector or listed Financial Institution/ Company. Candidates having experience in processing of credit proposals are preferred.
For Deputy General Manager (Law, Contractual)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Law (3 years/ 5 years) from a recognised University India.
Age Limit: Min 42 years & Max 52 years
Experience: Enrolled as Advocate with Bar Council and having minimum 17 years of experience as Law Officer in the Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Banks OR Financial Institutions OR Asset Reconstruction Company OR combined experience as Law Officer in the Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Bank and Asset Reconstruction Company and having extensive experience in Recovery & Rehabilitation. The experience should be after enrolment as advocate with Bar Council
For Deputy General Manager (Law, Regular)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Law (3 years/ 5 years) from a recognised University India. Post Graduate degree in Law will be preferable.
Age Limit: Min 42 years & Max 52 years
Experience: Enrolled as Advocate with Bar Council and having minimum 17 years of experience as Law Officer in the Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Banks OR Financial Institutions OR Asset Reconstruction Company OR combined experience as Law Officer in the Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Bank and Asset Reconstruction Company and having extensive experience in Recovery & Rehabilitation. SBI SO 2019 Exam Pattern
Candidates are selected through an interview process for different posts filled through SBI SO 2019. To be eligible for Interview Process a candidate must qualify a written test (For Deputy Manager (Law)). The qualifying marks will be decided by State Bank of India.
Special Management Executive & Deputy General Manager (Law) (both regular & contractual)
The selection process for the above mentioned posts will involve shortlisting and interview. The applications received will be shortlisted on the basis of candidate’s qualification, suitability, experience etc. The candidates will be awarded marks out of 50 and the qualifying marks inn Interview will be as decided by the State Bank of India. The selection will be made from the top merit ranked candidates in each category as stated.
Deputy Manager (Law)
The selection of candidates for the above mentioned post will be on the basis of online written test and interview process. The test will be conducted tentatively on 6th May 2019.

- Candidates will be required to register themselves online through Bank’s website https://www.sbi.co.in/careers – Recruitment of Junior Associates
- Candidates should have valid email ID and mobile no.which should be kept active till the declaration of results. It will help him/her in getting call letter/advices etc. by email/SMS.
- Submit the Application Form.
- The payment can be made by using debit card/credit card/Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the candidates.
- On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt and application form with fee details will be generated; which may be printed for record.
- Take out the Print Out of the Application Form for future reference.

How to Download Admit Card
- Go to sbi.co.in and click on careers section.
- Select download SBI SO call letter for preliminary examination
- Then enter your Registration Number/Roll Number and Date of Birth/Password
- Finally click on the submit button, your SBI SO admit card 2019 will generated and take a print.
- The SBI SO admit card is issued and available 10 days prior to the examination. It will be available in the official website of the bank. Candidates are required to download the admit card and get a printed copy of the same.
